While I was on Facebook, I noticed an ad for Joann Fabric Stores Closing offering 90% off of merchandise with on-line orders. I ordered $99.90 worth of merchandise. After my purchase the page said Fed Ex would be the carrier delivering and AWX*NAMEI SHOP would be on bank statement. The money came out right away. I never received a receipt, confirmation of purchase or delivery information or tracking numbers. My bank determined that I fell victim to a scam but willingly participated in the transaction and granted authorization for the charges. They also said they do not have dispute rights for this charge, The bank said I must work with the merchant to seek further resolution. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE SINCE I WAS GIVEN A FAKE ADDRESS AND WEBSITE THAT DOESNT EXIST WHEN YOU LOOK THEM UP!
