Debt collection vishing scam demanding payment for old credit card

They kept calling and leaving messages stating to call them back on the number shown on the caller id. I called them back and they stated that hsbc/capitol one was trying to recover money from a credit card I had from 2011. I stated that I didn’t ever have a credit card with either one. But it’s been over 15 years since I supposedly had this card. They stated they were ready to file to have my wages garnished and my license suspended. I paid it just in case they were left and would do those things. I paid through Zelle from my bank account and a credit card. The Zelle was sent to [email protected]. They are still calling a few times a week and leaving the same voicemail. The other number they keep calling from is +1 (713) 364-0786. I have blocked that number. I told the lady today that they got their money and if they don’t stop calling I was going to get an attorney involved. She started yelling at me telling me to get off her phone and hung up on me.

Repeated nuisance calls from JLB Processing

I continually get a call. Please call the number shown on your caller ID now to connect with the JLB processing representative who is handling my account. It is imperative I contact them today regarding important legal matter. They call frequently and it's getting to be a nuisance. I do not answer the call and I block the number but I do not understand how this happens. I have had bad credit in the past and they think I will fall for this. I do not know how to get it to stop.
