I ordered from this website because they initially advertised as SHEIN but changed to the Ponzalkoon website when I began the check out process. I ordered two multi colored pack of capri work pants for my daughter and had them shipped to her in Florida on September 2, 2026. I was notified the items were delivered on September 22, 2026 but my daughter said they were not. After looking up the tracking number, which the merchant specified was from a China Post parcel service, in all of the parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post) they all indicated a tracking number hadn't been created and suggested contacting the sender. I emailed customer service regarding a refund and the package not received but haven't heard anything back.

Ads run on game sites, the deal looked great for 20 Dickies pocket tshirts. So I ordered, no email to confirm order. I have an order number of OFG40110. I knew I got scammed when the phone number was that of a private person. ScamPulse.com should do something about this.
