I purchased a ring on their website, payment was processed on 12/16/25 in the amt of $405.00. I received a confirmation and an order # which is 8003431. Finally i did receive a tracking number #9410850105799000402372. It was supposedly sent to a distribution center and has been sitting their ever since 12/31/25. I have repeatedly tried to contact the store only their website is no longer active or another website named Diamonds Forever comes up in its place, the phone number 888-329-1529 just rings and rings. I have disputed the payment with my bank which was over 2 weeks ago and i havent heard anything from anyone.
