Report

JET HOSE advertised through Apple phone a Hose unit to repell dirt off patio decks with extreme FORCE. Ordered 1 billed me for '5'. Have spent '7' months trying to resolve this mess through their customer service, PayPal, and Synchrony Bank. Never provided return address, never provided ANY assistance to resolve issue. Trying numerous times to Cancel order, No Reply. Sent '5' hoses 3 months AFTER many cancel requests. WORSE COMPANY I've ever dealt with!!
