My daughter purchased a book bag on 09/11/26 with Haysarea. We never received an email confirmation. So registered on their website and we were able to see the order and showed us the little icon that the bookbag was being prepared to be shipped (no tracking number). However, after 2-3 days the tracking icon disappeared and we were no longer able to track the package. We reached out to the telephone on the website +1 720-532-7777 and the lady that answered stated that she constantly receives calls at this number regarding packages but that, +1 720-532-7777 was her personal number and it didn't belong to Haysarea. I have also sent an email requesting a refund. We have yet to receive a response. My daughter lost $70. This is BIG SCAM!

Purchased a backpack for granddaughter on Haysarea website. First few days was able to track shipment. Then all of a sudden, nothing. Ghosted on my order. No one will respond to emails. Even the phone number on website went to North Carolina for a tax relief business recording. Nothing to do with the business I purchased from. Huge scam!
