Purchased a backpack for granddaughter on Haysarea website. First few days was able to track shipment. Then all of a sudden, nothing. Ghosted on my order. No one will respond to emails. Even the phone number on website went to North Carolina for a tax relief business recording. Nothing to do with the business I purchased from. Huge scam!
