They called me addressing me by name and told me the last four digits of my social security number. When I asked them who is it they said it was Emerson & Grafton Asset Recovery LLC. They said I had a debt from 2015 from Bank of Marin for $1,861.60. I never received anything from the mail regarding the details of this debt. I've never done business with Bank of Marin. They called me multiple times from different numbers and have been calling me before 8am also.
