On 09.05.24 I made a purchase from Jersey Usa Br resident in Floria by phone 5612869585 for the amount of 586.83 for shirts of Brazilian and European soccer teams. On 19.09.24 I bought a total of $492.77 (Paypal + Zelle) plus some shirts also from Brazilian and European teams. Both purchases were ordered 25 business days in advance, but during that period a hurricane hit Florida and I was informed that my purchases were lost on the way to the supplier/store. We are already 150 days late and they do not respond, give me a delivery guarantee, they take a long time to answer messages and they do not call. I have made other purchases with them and everything has always gone well, but I lost hope with this one. This store is focused on Brazilians and I have the entire conversation history in Portuguese on the Whatsapp application. I took a screenshot of the video on my cell phone, where I show the entire conversation history. Now they have blocked me from any possibility of talking to them. So I want to solve my problem, either they send me my shirts or they give me my money back.
