Product not as described, made from very cheap, vinyl or plastic-like material. Trim and strap color online appeared tannish-brown, in person is actually orangey-rust. Their website states 'Free refunds within 60-days with no questions asked.' I've been emailing back & forth with supposedly same 1 person 'Jet' at JenniBag.com from 6/19 to 6/26 asking them to provide Return info/shipping label and keeps avoiding that. I've now submitted a dispute thru my CC company.

The bag was purchased and is very poor quality. It is very thin an plastic looking. I was not satisfied with the bag so I reached out to [email protected] to inquire about returning the bag for a refund based off the 100% hassle free return policy. I was informed that my email was received and someone would reach out shortly. I then received the following email which I found odd based off the return policy on the website:

I find it interesting that I was informed that it is typical for claims to be denied when their policy states that they will give a 100% refund no questions asked within 60 days of purchase. This is a complete lie by Jennibag. I am out the cost of the bag and the time I have spent trying to get through to a live human being. It is unfortunate that the company has misrepresented themselves in this way. I am sure I am not the on only one that has had this happen to. Please assist if you can so that this company doesn’t keep getting away with this.

The worst experience. I bought the bag and quickly learned it is cheap and does not hold as much as a traditional suitcase. I requested a return and they would not "approve" it. I literally had it out of the box for an hour to see how much it would fit. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Some bot named Jet kept saying he was forwarding my message to Quality control but quality control never got in touch.

In the end, pooorrrrr customer service, no way of returning...cheap looking bag that doesn't hold enough clothes. Jennibags, you should be ashamed of yourself.

This place is a complete scam!! I ordered a bag from them on June 13th and it never arrived. I reached out to customer service multiple times and have received no resolution. I asked them for a refund multiple times stating I did not receive the package and they just asked me to give it more time even though it has been over two weeks. They told me the first bag was lost and now they were sending another bag from a different location. I was told the bag would leaving on a flight on Wednesday, that did not happen, the tracking information has never changed. I saw them online on Instagram and they refused to answer me or give me a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
