He claims to make dining room tables and chairs. Emailed a contract signed by him for us to sign and send back. Collected 1/2 of total cost for deposit with promised completion date of 10-12 weeks. Approached the 12 week date with zero communication from him. I reached out via messenger and he said he was getting a building schedule together as he fell behind. He said he would give me a completion date soon. Weeks later, reached out to him again because he never gave me a completion date. On 7/27/25 he sent an email stating he had to get a job, fell behind and if we want a refund, he could not do that because it was used on supplies. If we request a refund he would put us in que but said he may have to file bankruptcy and he was trying to avoid that. I reached out to him a couple more times with zero reply. Finally i requested a refund and still haven't heard anything.

Deposit and order was placed 5/6/25
