Placed an order on January 16, 2024 for $40.93. Got a receipt with #. Website stated I would receive a confirmation email, which never came. Charge cleared my bank, and I’ve never received my order. Do I have any recourse?

Same thing happened to us on THE SAME DAY! (Jan,16th)... Order "placed"... Account charged... No products ever... All attempts to contact seller impossible (all contact info is pure fiction)... This is indeed a scam. We disputed the charge with our bank on the grounds of it being fraud by deception... Whether bank will agree seems to be 50/50. No resolution yet.

advertised on FaceBook as JCPenny Online Clearance, placed order, received order # that stated an email with my order number will be sent shortly. Never received that, charge hit my credit card as company KYUSCHICSTOREONLINE with 568-678-0825 as phone.

Phone number is no good and no information online about this company.
