Placed an order on January 16, 2024 for $40.93. Got a receipt with #. Website stated I would receive a confirmation email, which never came. Charge cleared my bank, and I’ve never received my order. Do I have any recourse?

Same thing happened to us on THE SAME DAY! (Jan,16th)... Order "placed"... Account charged... No products ever... All attempts to contact seller impossible (all contact info is pure fiction)... This is indeed a scam. We disputed the charge with our bank on the grounds of it being fraud by deception... Whether bank will agree seems to be 50/50. No resolution yet.
