Good morning, I'm texting you regarding the $950 monthly rental property on Facebook marketplace. I’m the owner, pets are allowed on the property. The security deposit is $950 this deposit would be refunded back to you after the lease term. To schedule an appointment time to tour the property, you need to fill out and submit an application to run background check because only qualified renter would be allowed to rent the property. This is because I’m only looking to rent to a very serious renter and not looking to waste anyone’s precious time . It doesn't require a credit score check, just a background check. This process takes only few minutes and then a showing time will be scheduled immediately with you. Can I proceed to send you the rental application now?
