Type of a scam Online Purchase

I put money down on tickets and hotel accommodations for a 2 day outdoor concert and made sure it was for both tickets and hotel. 2 weeks later I went to the website and seen i only had hotel accommodations without tickets. Now why would I make hotel accommodations for a 2 day concert without including the tickets? I contacted customer support but no response yet. Luckily I only put down a small amount but I will not be making monthly payments to this place since they conveniently adjusted my purchase.

The company displayed a hotel/shuttle package as part of an event. The hotel was no where near the event, which was not advised. Requested a refund to which I was told that it was non-refundable, which was never stated prior to purchase. The company then canceled my order and did not provide a refund of what had been paid up to that point. No where was it mentioned that if my order was canceled then any monies paid would not be refunded. This company is a scam and uses deceitful tactics to con people into purchasing packages.
