I, too got scammed by thus guy. We met at koreancupid.com last may or june of this year, then started texting thru kakao app. His name at Kakao is Oliver, and he told me his real name is Oliver Liam Sato. His bday is Sept. 24, and he just turned 47 this year. He was in Australia for a vacation and when we 1st talking/texting and by a month and half later, he asked to borrow money to return to Houston , TX where he resides. He was so convincing with his antics that Im ashamed to admit, that I believed him. About more than a week ago, we supposed to meet In Dallas, TX and that he was a no show. and since then I have my doubts . He still sticks to his excuses why he didn't meet me due to him being detained by homeland due to some company trouble that he was in way back in 2017. So today, I started googling some sites that can help me locating online scammer and I came across to this site.
he needs to be captured and be put to jail for his online crimes.

Hi...i'm a 26 year old woman.This man contacted me firts with Instagram then WhatsApp.He name is Micheal Mun.His parents are dead and he is the only lonely child.I really didn't think that He was a scammer.He is so kind on words,very polite and understands me very well.He said he was on duty in Syiria and wild be back on the 19th of this month.And will visit me first in Indonesia.I event told my parents about his kindness and he will come.But the funny thing is my parent don't approve of us.So,i said he didn't have to come because my parents would kill him.Then i cut our thies with a letter.I said nice and maybe he will cry reading it.I'm very very suprised by your article about him and he is a scammer.OMG.i have deleted my WhatsApp with him and in it are some of my photos.I had suspected him from the start.I should not be careless.Can you help me..I really want to slice him.I apologize to the real Mr.Mun who is currently having a private life out there.Maybe we can help him deal with deal with the thief of his photos.I really grateful that i found you guys.Keep up the spirit of uncovering crimes.

Hi i also veen scammed by this man he mentioned he was on secret mission in syria today i was told he wanted to deliver a package and sent a picture of a safe im legit scared if he is delivering something since my [censored] gave him my address email phone and name but i have not paid i suspected something and told him i wanted it to be canceled and he insisted it was to late to do so. I am 18 yr old girl an account sent me a friend request on Facebook and I found him attractive when I accepted him he instantly messaged me and we started talking. He wanted to text on WhatsApp which I didn’t have but downloaded it for him and we continued talking there at first I didn’t find anything suspicious and conversations were fine till things got more sexual I’ve sent him multiple nudes and I’ve sent him my face . I didn’t think much of it because I am a horny teenager and I live off validation. I didn’t get suspicious till he sent me these dick pics which was a huge size and the fingernails/skin tones were slightly off he also told me that he lived in LA and has a huge house there with a pool (which he sent me photos of) but the house seemed like it was taken by a professional,, then today I got curious and I wanted to see if I could find his pictures anywhere ,, I started off by the dick pics and I found nothing so I thought he was legit then I did one nude and I found it on multiple websites which I found very weird .. he also asked me for money for his google play even though he claimed to have an iPhone and his photos/screenshots were from android. I then got more worried because what if I’m not talking to the person that they’re claiming to be. He said that he’s in Afghanistan and supposedly will be coming to LA in a few weeks and wants to meet up. I did a little digging and I took photos he sent me and reversed image searched it only to find this website… I am scared that if I block him or anything he’s going to expose me to my family… not to mention the phone number on the WhatsApp is (205)832-3052 I don’t know if anyone else is speaking to that exact number or it’s just me. Someone please help me I am actively speaking to him and I haven’t confronted him out of fear.

I would make a police report on him the more reports there are the better it'll be brought to attention and theirs no shame in your story in my experience he is very manipulative and made you feel bad when things were not agreed on he tried
convincing me on pictures but i refused since i had a bit of suspicion already

Hello, Ive had this person contact me over SMS going by the name James Gideon and his email is [email protected]. Apparently he lives in Florida and I'm selling out of Canada he said he will send me the money and the cost for shipping over Interac e-transfer. I accepted, but the email said the payment is currently pending until I get the tracking information from Canada Local post. I noticed the email was from [email protected] that's where I knew something was up. He suggested "I have to pay for shipping and the money will be credited back from the e-transfer" which from experience my friend got into the same problem and sent the item never got his money back. So I told him that I cannot continue with the sale and I wanted to send the money back which was apparently pending with interac. His repsonse was I have to go to Money Gram and send it back too him out of my pocket then it will be "Credited back to me". I blocked the user because nothing seemed legit and I need help now. He is spamming me with threats that he will "Send the FBI in 24 hours if he doesn't receive the money that isn't even in my bank account that is still "currently pending as it await shipment". his number is +2039520962 from where I got contacted from. I'm also not sure if the money is real or not but it isn't in my Bank account. The Interac email doesn't seem legitimate either. Now he's accusing me of "stealing and fraud" and apparently "called the FBI" I don't know what to do. I contacted Interac scam and phishing department to investigate but I don't know what to do henceforth.
