Website is used to sell winter wool sweaters. I ordered two sweaters which took over 2 weeks to arrive. The items were not even close to what was pictured. The site claims a 30 day money back guarantee. When I emailed them to understand how to return the items, I was offered only a 10% refund back or I had the option to ship the items back to an overseas address in China.
