Was called by JAA saying i owed 11 thousand dollors on a credit card i was told i was sent papers in the mail as well . Never received any thing at all. They told me that they would sue me for the money .

They called me about a credit card opened in 2008 that had already been taken off of my credit and told me I was going to be sued for breach of contract if I didn't settle and pay them $300 I told them I was unable to pay and they said they would call me back in a month. They had my name, phone number, and last 4 of my ssn.
