Got online to purchase the Papillon puppy called Panda. Salesperson called 'Ben' answered phone call and requested bank transfer of $900 (for the transportation and dog price of $599.00). Was asked about chipping the dog, He (Ben) said that was $100 dollars more. We decided to have her (the dog) chipped. Total sale would have been $1,000.00 US Dollars. Some flags went up as they were not using good English and did not give any personal information of themselves. Just BEN. Thank goodness for your website and the information.
