Type of a scam Tech Support

I am reporting what I believe to be a scam by iYogi Company -Tech Support Department. I went online under McAfee and iYogi came up. I'd bought security block through McAfee and was having some problem with completing. I called the number given, which I thought was McAfee, spoke with a female that assured me they are with McAfee. I explained my issue and she said they can assist, but I had to give her access on my computer; so I did. After logging onto my computer she went through my system then tells me the issue why I could not complete the security download. Then tells me she will get over to someone that can help me. She transferred me to a male than then said it would cost me almost 300.00 to fix the problem. I had already paid McAfee and did not have the money to pay them. I told them to call me back on that Friday because I will have to money then. This wait was causing me to miss business, I called McAfee back and made sure this time it was really McAfee. They were able to assist with me security completion. I told him about iYogi and was told they are a 3rd party company that will charge you money to assist you.

MY COMPLAINT IS "iYogi Tech. Support" IS STILL CONNECTED IN MY SYSTEM; SHE NEVER REMOVED HERSELF FROM THE REMOTE ACCESS I GAVE HER AND EVERY TIME I LOG ON IT ASK ME TO GIVE "iYogi Tech Support" ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER. I SAY "NO" EVERYTIME BUT IT NEVER DISCONNECTS.

iYogi is a company that is not Trustworthy and I want EVERYONE to know that. They say they take control of your system hard drive to help but they take control of system hard drive to hold you hostage if you do not buy their product; and to stay in your business.

I have tried to call them to ask them to disconnect themselves form my computer but now they do not want to answer the phone. I stayed on the line for 45 minutes or more waiting for someone to pick up the line. The recording kept saying they are busy someone will be with me shortly; after waiting for over 45 minutes almost an hour the line disconnected.

To me this is a Scam because if it was so easy for me to get someone the first time but now no one wants to answer the line; I feel it is because you could not get any money from and now you are holding me hostage. Please make iYogo remove themselves from my computer hard drive.
