The company describes their return process as "quick and easy". I went to return the items via email per website recs and the response I got warned of the expense and time of return and that it would not be worth it and asked if I would accept $10. I spent much more than that and again, asked for the return address. This same exchange in request and redirection attempts on behalf of Iva Girl continues to occur since my initial attempt on 7/10. The return policy has a 30 days window. Due to delay on behalf of the company with refusing to give me their return address, I am not past the return period and out the cost of merchandise.
