This person was deceitful to everyone, he kept making false promise and told us it was okay to trade other peoples accounts. I found out you can't do that. It illegal on the prop firms. He charges 13k to teach you forex, but only the basic. He has yet to have anyone pass an account . He charges 15k to trade a 100k account to investors they don't know its illegal. I have a friend who paid that and he has yet to get anyone to pass it.

The Scammer - Shaun Godinez offered a product that was supposed to be and AI indicator to help with trading Forex, it was 3 months before we got it (paid in November) and it was not as advertised. He refuses refunds and shifts blame that we don't understand it or we are using it wrong. No contract was given claiming we cannot receive refunds.

He's also scamming investors who give him larger amounts of money to create trading accounts and then trades them himself. The terms of service for the broker accounts he creates claim you cannot trade someone else's account (if it is found out the account is closed - if it gets found out he keeps the money and doesn't continue trying). His whole business is built on excessively high prices and predatory contracts of NDAs not allowing "investors" to talk about their accounts (Which he doesn't pass or pay out people) and memberships (5-8k) where he changes up things and doesn't follow through with promises of education/training and no one is getting funded/paid. (We have paid over 14k and he claims we are the reason we cannot pass accounts, he doesn't teach us, offers no refunds and many other students/investors are in the same situation of trying to get refunds and he ignores calls/texts)
