They provided a shipment tracker that showed that the products were delivered twice. After the second failed delivery they asked if I could accept a 70% refund because of the money that they lost for two undelivered shipments. Initial order placed 26 March 2026, emails sent out every two weeks since then to try to recover my money and they keep telling me that it is taking longer than expected.
