They offer EIN/TAX-ID applications to unsuspecting individuals who click their website link, which contains the title “IRS”, and charge exorbitant fees for an application that is free of charge through the actual IRS Website.
They protect themselves by stating in their fine print that they are a third-party agency independent of the IRS, regardless of their false advertisement by assuming the title of IRS in their business name.
There is also no reputable way to cancel an order through them once one realizes they have been scammed.
