This person claimed to be Michael McMahan Id# GS05312 and gave another number BC1908 which I did not understand what it was for (he could not speak English well) from IRS tax crime investigation unit. He claimed I owed $6820.00 for my taxes from 2012 to 2016 and wanted me to resolve this either in the crimal courts in washington DC or I could pay my way out of this.
