I received a call from 315-666-1430 February 2, 2018 and it was an automated message stating "Our business has an issue with the IRS and possible warrant / arrest activity if we did not call back. Our caller id list the number as unknown name.

Robot call to start, stating multiple actions filed against my name. When called back, told it was the IRS. Had a heavy India accent with false name and IRS badge number. There would be officers at my door to arrest me soon.

I received a call stating that the IRS had charges pending against me and that I would be arrested if I did not respond in 24 hours. I am attorney, so it was immediately obvious to me that this was a scam. I have always paid my taxes and have never been served with legal process.

I received a call from a gentleman with a very thick accent stating he was with the IRS and I owed $4,000. He said if I do not pay this all of my bank accounts will be frozen, they will repossess everything I has and have me arrested.

i keep receiving calls from this 470-481-0482 number stating that they are the IRS and that i have a legal matter to handle. This is false and i would like to report them for impersonating a federal agency. Id like for the call center to be shut down.

See attached. He claimed to be with the internal revenue services and I replied they do not contact by phone and hung up. He has blown up my phone with about 20 calls. When I called back and asked for his name and badge number he said he could not give them to me. I asked again and he asked me who this was I asked again and then he said “ oh this must Mrs. Clark and you can go [censored] your self around the street “

Caller was a male with a very heavy, foreign dialect and phoned person mid-morning. He identified himself as a representative of the IRS. He informed the person that there is a discrepancy found in the taxes they filed in 2012. (We are currently in January 2018.) He continued to quote an amount to be paid immediately or a warrant would be issued for an arrest to be made within 48 hours. Gave instructions to keep him on the line and he would give directions to a CVS or Walgreens to make payment at. Person asked what the discrepancies were. Caller stated the police would go over the paperwork tomorrow upon arrest if she did not pay immediately. Person called me. I informed her it is a scam, the IRS "NEVER" call, mail correspondence is their means of contact. Told her to ask the caller to provide the social security number the discrepancy was found on. The caller hung up.

Received a robo call that the irs is filing a lawsuit against me and asked to call back the same number they called me on I did and he asked for all my personal info which I did not give. Once I started asking him questions he hung up on me. He had an Indian accent.
