Saw a tiktok about an item, a voice controlled iron man helmet. I thought it was cool and the people in the comments were pointing me to the website https://www.iron-manlab.com. It looked legit so I purchased a helmet on Dec 24th 2023. I was told in a confirmation email that I would receive shipping details at a later date. So far my order is listed on their website as Pending and they have not responded to my emails asking about timing.

Because of the holiday season and a short backorder delay from our supplier, your order took longer than usual to process.
