Saw a tiktok about an item, a voice controlled iron man helmet. I thought it was cool and the people in the comments were pointing me to the website https://www.iron-manlab.com. It looked legit so I purchased a helmet on Dec 24th 2023. I was told in a confirmation email that I would receive shipping details at a later date. So far my order is listed on their website as Pending and they have not responded to my emails asking about timing.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to clarify what happened. You placed your order on December 24th, 2023, during our holiday break, which was clearly noted on our website and email auto-replies. Because of the holiday season and a short backorder delay from our supplier, your order took longer than usual to process.

However, we did respond to your inquiries and ultimately refunded you in full to your original payment method. You were not scammed, and we apologized sincerely for the delay and any confusion caused.
