company named IPS calls everyday, they have your first and last name they leave a voice mail stating If this is you than there is a confirmation number and you speak to a representative. when you are transferred to the representative, they type in the tracking code you have given from the voice mail they need to identify your case. the representative begins by saying let me confirm the last 4 of your ss#, that did not match so they then proceed to tell you all 9 numbers of what should be your ss#. when that did not match what they had supposedly in their system the representative immediately responded with thanks and hung up. Also the representative had a completely different name that was listed on file than what is correct
