I have been dealing with Rick & Steve for a couple years, they claimed to work for Intuit and were my go-to guys when I needed help or updates. Rick just helped me take my QuickBooks from a Mac to a Dell.

I had some issues with one of my accounts and they actually worked on it for a week to get it corrected. It was nice having someone you could call and they knew who you were. After we got the Quickbooks up and running on the Dell they made me a package deal for 3 years, saving me money. They initially charged the 1 year amount on my credit card which was actually paid to Intuit and said I needed to pay the other two years through an invoice they sent through Paypal for $5,515.98. I started getting suspicious on charging me separately and the phone number they were calling me on was not the same 800 567-8597 number it now said Go Pro Accounting 302-355-0910. The invoice looked legit QB Payment for Desktop Enterprise 2024 Plan. I did not pay, I called Intuit direct and asked if they used other parties to help with setting up new accounts and about the package deal.
