On April 5, 2016 at 1:41p.m., I got a call saying the IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me unless I called the phone number of 206-855-6868.

I received two calls this morning from Officer Jones claiming to be with the IRS. He threatened to arrest me because he claimed I owed back taxes. He also claimed that he mailed a letter and I stated I never received the letter. He said he would resend it. He did have my name, complete address and phone number. I am not in the phone book so I have no idea how he got all the information. I hung up and he called back from another number and started using vulgar language that I will not repeat. The first call came from 513-554-3452 & the second call was 334-435-2376.

Received phone call 10:30 AM 4-6-16 from "IRS" scam artist. Their phone number, I was to respond to, is 347-344-5923. Hope this helps to stop their SCAM.

April 1, 2016- received 2 calls from person claiming with IRS. This person warned me of IRS having a lawsuit against me and I should call to get more info about case on file. This call is from Shelbyville, Ky and number to call is 502-655-4825.

Told me it was final notice. IRS was filing lawsuits against me. Called me 4 times with the same recording each time. I have saved all 4 recordings in case they are needed. They did not say my name or my husband's name - they just started with the message of being IRS.

Contacted 3 times in one day from callers claiming to be IRS - to avoid lawsuit you must call immediately. Each caller left a different number to call back to.

I received a robo call from 850-273-3257 representing the IRS. When I returned the call, the person did not identify them self until I said I was told to call back. I told him it was bull--- and I was on the federal do not call list, he told me "f--- you" and hung up.

I received a phone call from a gentleman claiming to be with the IRS out of Austin, Texas. He requested my credit card number so that he could apply a refund (large lump sum) to my account. He provided a authorization number (ND525) that I was to give to Angela Jones, her is 512-696-1538. The caller claimed the transaction would take within 20-35 minutes from the time I give the information to Ms. Jones. I received the call on 3/23 from 512-095-6728 yesterday @ 4:00 PM. Angela called me @ 4:29. She said that thousands of people are calling her regarding their refund, so she was returning my call. I did not give them any information. I don't know if this makes a difference but they were calling on my Obama phone and I don't normally receive calls on that phone. They asked what I would do with the money once I received it? Would I use it for my home, pay bills, etc. I did not reply and hung up the phone.
