A person call and said the IRS has a lawsuit against you then give a number to call 'but here is the number that come up on my caller I'd 530-840-4257 from a cell phone in ca, I did not call the number that was give but I did call this number and got voice mail not set up . Caller stated that I was being audited by IRS. Said his name was officer Mark Brown and my case record was AP5618. He wanted me to listen with interupting him an affidated. I stopped him at that point and asked him what this was about. He hesitated and I said I would call the IRS myself and he hung up. Number he called from was 1-202-222-1541. and call back number was 1-360-566-2325. I have only had my phone number for one week. *** * ***

i got a phone call the other day with someone claiming to be from the IRS they told me that the IRS has filed a law suit against me and that i needed to give them some bank information so they can send me the paperwork to set up payments to stop the lawsuit from going further . I have dealt with the IRS before and i knew something was wrong as I did not get any paperwork in the mail, but i am afraid some people would fall for this so i just want to throw it out there. I live in Skaneateles new york if that helps I also wrote down the phone number they used 206-855-6990 but when you call it back it is silent.

Automated message stating it was our final warning from IRS and they would file suit. Told us to call 206-317-1467

Left a message on my answering machine that I was being sued by the IRS and taxes owed. When I returned the

called they said I owed for numerous years and that I owed close to $3,000. They stated they sent me certified letter

about the matter last year. There number was 509-288-4624
