I ordered a wood working tool from instrumentan thinking it was a legitimate site. I was sent different tracking numbers which showed the package coming from different countries. One showed it was coming from Norway and the other showed it coming from China. One of the tracking sites is a known fraud and the other is legit. After saying that it was delivered but never was I complained via email. They sent me a USPS tracking number which said the package was delivered to my front porch but didn’t use my name or address. I ran the tracking number through USPS and they said the address and name for the number didn’t match mine and wasn’t my package but someone else’s. They continue to stall and give me the same answers when asking for a refund.
