Saw an ad on facebook marketplace for a “free” selmer mark vi tenor saxophone. Ad was posted by a Frances Scribner located in Dearborn, Michigan. After responding to “Frances”, I was instructed to contact her sister, Helen Watson by email ([email protected]). I did send an email and got a response from Helen Wilson who said the sax belonged to her late husband and that it was located at a storage facility in Nevada. Also the cost to ship it would be $150.

After searching “Helen Wilson Nevada “ I saw someone else had reported they were scammed via the same email address. I’m grateful to that person, as I might have fallen for the scam myself.
