I received a phone call from a female named Maya Jones, she also stated that she's a loan adviser from installment Loans Ltd. and that she is handling my loan application. She gave me a fake loan quotation by email, and told me there were three option because my FICO score was not high enough to activate this loan. Basically, I had to pay a loan insurance fee which cost $150 due to a low FICO score. After I paid the $150 through CHIME's app for insurance, not only I didn't get the loan but being hassle for another $250 in addition to the $150 I've already paid. By now I realized I've been scammed. The reason I'm filing this complaint is because I'm sure I'm not the only senior citizen on a fixed income being pray upon and victimized, $150 on a elderly senior's fixed income is an amount that will set us back our well-being, it's an amount that we senior on fixed income couldn't afford.
