online customer service rep from Inspyr: Jennifer: [email protected] assured me that my product was going to arrive by christmas and if it didn't she would give me a refund. She told me several times that she was going to process the refund and never did. the USPS marked the label as counterfeit label and seized it. Still asking for refund, customer service stopped responding to me
