I cannot imagine why they are still in business! Shopify doesnt care !pinterest the same! Zendesk the same! They keep on stealing from honest people laughing all the way to the bank and nobody is doing anything! When is this gonna stop! I ordered a very expensive stupid blanket and never received it so many generic mails from different people apologizing and promising delivery ! 3 years later nothing! I complained everywhere! Obviously the web is a free market for all scammers of this world ! Nobody bothers them and they do as they wish scamming poor trusting people! I will not stop until they go down

I, too, ordered a product that I never received. I have sent three emails and not received a single response.

Purchased a product in June 2020. Company charged my credit card immediately. I have never received the product. There is no phone or live chat to utilize There is an email to send inquiries to but the response is some standard excuse email. In the end you pay and get nothing.
