I thought I ordered some clothing from “Love in Faith” for Christmas. Got email order received, then order shipped. Contacted not received and then after a conversation they said will reship. Contacted 13 times from 12/6-4/20/25. They Tank me for contacting and checking on my refund or order. Still no items received.

Love in Faith scam on Facebook. Posing as a Christian store and I lost $36.52 to this scam. Love in Faith is a legitimate company but somehow Insideet disguised themselves as Love in Faith.

They keep stringing your inquiries along by emailing fake tracking information, that my order is delayed due to insufficient address, then confirming my order was delivered (when it never was) and then offered to refund 30%, 50% and 90% after I refused and finally agreed to 90. An email said the refund would credit back to my original payment method which it never was.

https://insideet.com, I ordered from them in December and never received my purchase. They kept sending me tracking that was also scam. I have uploaded the screenshot of conversation with the online help. 3 different companies had been posing as Love in faith (Doxoitor, Fitvoguez and Insideet)

[email protected] is a scam. Lost $36+ from their fake loveinfaith website. They'll string you along with fake tracking package systems but nothing ever shows up, even with promise to resend. Do not use this site with that email address

I clicked on a love n faith website from Facebook which I had ordered from before with good results and good products. I placed an order and used my credit card. The charge on my bill was from vkdlcheiraircomstore. They sent me tracking info with updates until it eventually said it was delivered but I never received anything. The phone number in which I tried to reach them does not work.

I have ordered from the real Love in Faith retail company before with no problems; however, on 12/14/24 I purchased from someone posing as them and when I received the confirmation it listed another company. Instead of Love in Faith company it was from Insideet. I reached out to fake company asking if they were associated with LIF (Love in Faith) and they sent back a generated response. So I reached out to the real LIF and they said 3 different companies had been posing as them (Doxoitor, Fitvoguez and Insideet) and that I had been scammed. She confirmed their system showed no current orders for me. She suggested I contact my bank asap which I did today and disputed the charges. I also stopped that credit card today. And now wanted to let you know as well. Is there anything else I should do as they have my name, address and phone number and this cancelled credit card? Is a police report needed?

These people not only took advantage of me, but also the Christian company that actually sells the clothes. When I clicked back on the name they used, it went directly to their web site. Only they had lowered the prices considerably making it appear to be “ sales” for after Thanksgiving. When in fact it is fake name, email, etc.. scammers who get your “real information.” You can’t trust online shopping anymore either. I have contacted my credit card company, however, there is nothing they can do at this point until the funds actually post to my account. Once that happens, hopefully, I will be able to have that charge removed, and get me a new card with a new number. No more shopping on line for me!!!
