I too ordered thinking it was a company I had used successfully before. The order kept getting delayed and I contacted them after about 6 weeks. Was given a scam tracking number which didn’t change for a month even though I kept emailing. Then it suddenly showed it had been delivered to my house about 2 weeks prior, which it had not. I requested a refund and got a canned response about their wonderful customer serrvice. I kept at it and they finally offered me a 40% refund which is declined. Then it went to 60% and then 90%. I kept at it and then they said they would refund all my Mo ey but it would take 15-20 business days to process. At the end of that time I asked for an update and was told it got buried but I had been approved for the refund. Wanted another 15-20 business days claiming it is a bank holding up accepting the money her. I gave them 5 days and then began demanding a managers name and an address to send a registered letter. They just keep copying and pasting the same response. The money is gone and I am furious.
