Beware of this fraudulent business and the fraudulent “owner”. The other review was correct, his name is Francis Montecillo, but he is now going by “Frank Emery” and has a new fake business (rocketpr.io) where he is now trying to fraud people out of money using similar tactics but a different business model. DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY.

Do not trust this person, he will absolutely rob you of thousands you have. Potentially off-shore whatever he takes from you. He will legally change his name soon someone must take action and report him.

His full name is Francis-Rey Po Montecillo. He is a con artist and a scammer, and he's frauded me out of thousands and thousands of dollars. DO NOT TRUST HIM.
