On December 26 2023 I had made inquiries online to a trusted health insurance company. After completing the online information for a quote, I lost the Internet connection. A few minutes went by, I received a call from a local phone number. The caller asked for me by name and also knew I had just asked for a quote. This made me drop my guard, but still cautious, I asked all the right questions except one. Who do you work for. I assumed she was returning my call from the online insurance company. Her name allegedly Dayana Rodriguez extension 65016. Convinced me to buy a different policy with better coverage, from First Health in association with Innovative Partners as my carrier. She made it sound so go and legit. I received emails in the next few days showing my plan and a portal. However, that's when things became scary. For the next 5 days I spent hours trying to have them send me access codes 3 times then passwords 4 times. Finally got into the portal made a permanent password, thought everything was ok, it wasn't! Before I could review the plan the site kicked me out with an error message saying user id does not match password. I called innovative partners again (1-855-700-2395) and spoke with a supervisor. He informed me they would have technical support figure it out and try again in 24 hours. Day 17 after I paid for this plan still nothing in the mail from them. Still no return requested call back from my supposed agent Dayana. Who by the way has the same spelling as the Latin singer and model. Folks from what my doctor and staff tell me, neither innovative partners or first health show up on their providers list for the state I live in. So customer be warned, if it sounds to good it isn't. Oh one more detail for you. The email sent to me gave this address innovativepanterslp.com which I've recently learned from the BBB. Not a legitimate email address.
