Scammer tried to use a “spring break” special to collect deposit from the scammed person and her husband. HE (scammer) cancelled their appointments and kept their deposits and whenever they would reschedule he would cancel and refuse to give deposit back because “it was policy”. Then he claimed they no longer fit the “spring break special” and the deposit was his to keep.
