It was from a Lawyer in Canada stating there was a gentle man who passed away 10 years ago and know one has claimed his money. Since we have the same last name he wants to put me as a partner to hi will. he wants 10% to go to a charity and the rest we would split. the amount is thirteen million Thirty thousand US dollars ($13,030,000)

Scammer states that someone with the same last name as you in London has died and has left millions of dollars unclaimed. That no one has come forward to lay claim to the money and that they want to add you as a partner with them and that you will split 90. Percent of the money with them.
