Placed an order on Dec 4, 2024 & never received anything. A 2nd payment came through & I emailed the company to ask for a refund based off of no product being received. The person who responded said they would refund & cancel my subscription. It is now October 13, 2025..I was never issued a refund & I just noticed a new pending charge on my account from none other than Valara Beauty! Interestingly enough it is a different vendor name but still has Valara Beauty in the name. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS!!!

i saw a FB post about hair shampoo, helps with hair growth. that caught my eye due to had cancer and my hair is thin. i never met anyone from the company. when i email they respond with telling me to keep an eye out for the product. last week i was asking about the product and they told me i should have received it. if not to contact my local post office.please be aware
