I purchased 2 Labubu’s for my granddaughters birthday. Purchased on June5 2025 and didn’t receive till July 23, 2025. I paid full price and they emailed me several times back and forth but never was refunded, I also paid thru ShopPay and they would not help…my grandson was also scammed and my daughter.. It was the only presents my granddaughter wanted, my daughter also complained and they sent her to more fakes.. We did find the correct PopMart and purchased the real ones. But still lost money!!
