APRIL 27,2023 MY COMPUTER BROKE DOWN. I NEEDED A REPAIRMAN. THE DATE WAS MAY 16,2023 WHEN I SPOKE TO ERIC GARDNER (THE REPS NAME) EXPECTED A CHECK OF $300 FOR THE REPAIR (ERIC CAN BE REACHED AT 1-606-289-4345) HE SUGGESTED TO GET A STRONGER PROTECTOR AND $300 TARGET GIFT CARD. SO, I HAD HIM ON THE CELL PHONE GETTING THE GIFT CARD AND I ADVISED HIM THE HIGHEST GIFT CARD WAS $250. SO, HE SAID GET 2 $200 GIFT CARDS. STILL WASN'T ENOUGH FOR HIM. ERIC SAID GO TO ANOTHER TARGET LOCATION AND GET ANOTHER $200. I REFUSED TO BUY IT. I WENT HOME AND CALLED DISCOVER TO REPORT THIS BEING A SCAM. DISCOVER SAID THEY WOULD TRY TO STOP PAYMENT BUT MY PROBLEM BECAUSE I GAVE OUT THE INFORMATION. I REPORTED THIS TO THE POLICE AND TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK. STILL NO RESPONSE BACK FROM THE POLICE, FINANICALLY. OFFICER ** ******** **** TOOK THE REPORT. PHONE NUMBER 614-********. HE EVEN SPOKE TO ERIC. NEXT, I GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM DISCOVER STATING IT WAS RESOLVED AND THEY REPORTED IT TO FOUR OF THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. AND CURRENTLY I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 DAYS FOR AN RESPONSE ABOUT MY REFUND. JUNE 21: I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AT GARRISONS AND TOLD THE GENTLEMAN TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. 10 MIN LATER ERIC CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD REFUND ME THE MONEY. TURNS OUT TO BE A LIE. THAT FRIDAY OR SATURDAY, SOMEONE LEFT ME A MESSAGE WHICH SOUNDED LIKE ERIC. HE SAID CALL BACK BUT LEFT NO PHONE NUMBER. JUNE 26, I CALLED THE MAIN # AND WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AND FOR ERIC NOT TO CALL. COUPLE HOURS LATER JENNY CALLED & SAID TO CALL 415-513-****. SHE WANTED TO SPEAK TO ME. I DIDNT CALL BACK. I GOT A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST THEM. THEN, THE NEXT DAY THE COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING AND IN ADDITION TO MY LAND LINE PHONE. POLICE RECOMMEND ME TO TAKE MY COMPUTER TO BEST BUY TO GET IT FIXED. NOW THE COMPUTER WORKS. I DON'T WANT GARRISONS CONSULTING LLC TO NEVER CALL ME EVER AGAIN. THEY REUINED MY COMPUTER AND I WANT ALL $614 BACK. WHY CAN THIS AGENCY HAVE A LICENSE AND A JOB FOR THESE SCAMMERS. THQANK-YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

Laptop computer locked up due to trojan horse virus. Gave a number to call to fix the problem. Called and talked to a technician who had me agree to spend $498 to get a 3 year guaranteed fix. I wrote a check which he scanned from my printer. He gave me contact information. He ended the call and I have tried to call him unsuccessfully.
