Ordered a purse from this Website beginning of March. When I checked my credit card I noticed that the charge was processed in the UK. I contacted the email address that had been provided with my order. I contacted them immediately asking them for a FULL REFUND be made to my credit card because I felt that this was a scam site. They assured me it was legit and be patient. Numerous emails back and forth with nothing done to refund my full purchase price.

Order was received on March 24, 2026, they quality is very poor and it not worth $79.95.

I contacted their website AGAIN asking for a full refund this the reply I got:

A 30% refund of your order, you may keep the item, not return needed

A 75% Store Credit for a future order, which gives you the best value if you'd enjoy shopping with us again

Why would I want a store credit to shop with them again when I am not happy with the purchase that I am asking a refund for?
