Paid $700 to Inflatablepartyrentals2 for a party but they won't meet in person

doing a birthday party for my son and I needed game truck and other things. He asked for money upfront through Zelle for booking purposes. Initial booking was for $400.00 and I added and item and he charge $300.00, so I lost a total of $700. I asked to meet him because I didn't want to pay anymore, and I wanted to see the options for the items he had for the party. (i.e. boxing ring, Laser tag) I also wanted to meet him just to make sure he was real. The scammer (Daryel Peden) was evasive and continue to make excuses on why he couldn't meet me. At the end he transferred me to an insurance dude and that's when I had the feeling i was being scammed. I found this company, Inflatablepartyrentals2, on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/Inflatablepartyrentals2. It seems like everything here looks legit but I'm really not sure if it is. I'm available to speak with anyone that has any questions. The reality of the matter is that the party is not until 3 Feb and I'm hopeful I'm wrong, but I haven't heard from them at all since I told them on 1/29/2024 that I would not pay anything else until I meet the manager or a representative of the company in person. I needed to verify they were a real company. I tried contacting them at [email protected].
