They are providing an internet security service. This started about a year ago for $400 to cover web security for 3 different computers. After this time, we are having issues with one of the computers still. I am now wanting to get a higher security level, but don’t know if I should continue with this business. They are trying to get us to spend more with them saying I have drivers that are damaged through a Trojan coming through the internet. Last Friday, they did do something to one of my computers, and were supposed to come back to fix my other two. I am not going to let them touch my other two computers. We went into an extensive satellite capability as well which cost $2,000 for lifetime coverage for all three, or if I replaced any of those computers, it would take over for those as well.
