100% scam
⚠️ **Buyer beware.**
We ordered engines from this company and paid a deposit upfront. Since then, they have repeatedly delayed the order, constantly giving new excuses and transferring us from one person to another. After all this time, we still have not received the engines.
We also noticed several serious red flags: the tracking number they provided (GM123) does not appear to provide legitimate shipment information, there is no company at the address they list, and we cannot find a legitimate business presence on Google Maps. They appear to be registered on various platforms where verification may be limited.
Our experience strongly suggests that this is a **scam operation**, and unfortunately, we learned this the hard way.
We are posting this to warn other businesses and customers: **please do your research and be extremely careful before sending them any money.**
The phone number we communicated with was: **844-300-2192**.
We hope this helps someone avoid losing their money the way we did.
The business at 3698 Omec Circle, 95742, Dodge Auto and Truck Wreckers, said they do not sell used engines and in no way are affiliated with A2z Used Autos or MillerAutoLLC . They suggested I do not do business with A2Z used autos because they are scammers using their address, and have scammed many people into buying used engines that are never sent.
We understand that when purchasing auto parts—especially online—customers want to be certain they are dealing with a legitimate and reliable business. We take that expectation seriously and operate with structured processes to ensure every order is handled properly from start to finish.
To provide some context on how our process works: once a deposit is received, the requested engine is located, removed from the donor vehicle, inspected, and prepared for shipment. This involves coordination between our yard team, mechanics, and freight carriers. These steps require time, labor, and scheduling, which is why deposits are applied toward securing and processing the order.
We also work with multiple vendor and shipping locations across different states depending on inventory availability. As a result, the shipping origin may differ from administrative or listed addresses.
Our goal is to maintain clear communication and ensure that each customer receives the correct part in a timely and professional manner. If you need any clarification regarding your order, status, or next steps, feel free to reach out directly.
