The immigration consultancy outfit called “Industry Hollywood” publishes a promotional info pack that boasts a 99% success rate with U.S. visa approvals using a manager called Barbara Laskowski. The problem is that Barbara Laskowski's email (supplied in the info pack) is dead and her website is just an empty abandoned placeholder. A Google search of her Skype ID (basia.laskowski) has uncovered the fact that she is in fact a floral designer trading as Basia Laskowski.

In short, it looks like the success rate claims made by Industry Hollywood are fraudulent.

I contacted Richard Burke at Industry Hollywood and raised this issue. He replied, but declined to answer my question. This indicates bad faith.

The suspicious info pack is attached to this report.

Fortunately I did my due diligence before giving them any money. Buyer beware.
