My daughter ordered beats headphones from Indio website which she found off TikTok. The beats headphones cost was $50+ $9.87 for shipping. She used her debit card to pay $59.86 for the order. She received an order #17055. The order still says it is on the way on the website, however Shopify the app used in conjunction with Indio to track orders says delivered March 17. To date nothing has been delivered to our house. We have one neighbor. They do not have it. We have never received the order. We have tried to contact Indio via the only contact the site provides for the company, an email [email protected]. To date after four attempts we have not received a response or a refund for the order. Big scam.

This online shop takes orders and never ships out their products after leaving the customer to wait weeks. This shop has no reviews, turns off all comments on social media, never responds to customer support emails, and has numerous customers sharing similar experiences. Complete scam.
