Credit card charged $354 and a further $26 for something I never ordered or approved of. I contacted my credit card company to report a fraud on my card and I shut down the credit card and will get a new credit card. Received a phone call this week advised they will be shipping me 2 more bottles & charging $89.99 per bottle if I don't call them back. Good luck, I shut down my credit card. I will not be trying these after reading the notes above about this scamming company that changes their products & keeps scamming people. They keep their same phone number. Returns address is 11400 S 63 E, Box 404, Sandy UT 84070. A quick look up on Google Maps tells me it's a UPS store

I am going thru the same exact issue. Ordered $39 worth got charged $354 then have been charged 3 additional times for $144. I got the 1st package which was definitely what I did not order then I have received 2 random bottles of pills for some cleanse. Just got off the phone with my credit card co as well. What a joke, Phone numbers don't work emails don't work. Looked up and got the same address as well, UPS store. I want to go down there and just wait for the [censored] to drop off the fake pills.

Green Canyon CBD is a scam. Beware!

Green Canyon CBD products offer a sample for no charge but shipping and handling, then immediately start charging your credit card—in my case $189—without authorization. Despite calling my credit card company to dispute the charges, and despite having a cancellation # from Green Canyon (and a Return Merchandise Authorization) they keep adding the same monthly charges. Except for the samples (which I paid for) I've never received the merchandise.

This is a SCAM. Checkout the Better Business Bureau for the litany of complaints against Green Canyon CBD.

We fell for this one too. My wife read a some reviews that lead her to think these were a good product. Of course it turns out that these reviews are all fake. The website was very misleading, thought we were paying $39 for 6 bottles but in very small print it was $39 each. The website never showed a total amount or a proper shopping cart, it also added several other "free" items, CBD oil drops, CBD skin cream. Our credit card was charged $268.51 USD plus a second charge of $24.

I have cancelled the credit card (I have a separate one that I use only for Internet transactions) and have disputed the charges with the credit card company.

BE Ware...Yesterday i wrote about how terrible i felt buying my gummie bears and how this company used so Many tricks to lure us.. I talked to a crédit security agent to ask hum what could i Do? Je was quite rude, non empathic and i felt stupid and ennoying like i was responsable forbthat I just felt terrible ?.Then, i called the gummies company, i had to Wait half an hour before a lady named Lola ( ext.239 )talked to me.She was Nice and listen to m'y complaint... I didn't get Mad and explained her my dilemma with their no Shane charge without my approvment. She aggreed to give me Back 150 dollars , she also confirm that the Product Will be what i ordered, but beware that they Will send you other Product next months if you don't t ask to stop .They Will with no Shane sens you more ...? SO, call Them and make arrangement and make sure they won' t charge you ever again for Products , but i have to make sure i call Them on a precise Day to cancell ,, PLEASE BE WARE. They Will Renew your product without asking unless you cancel IT. Hope this Will be helpfull ..The Product seem fine .I cross my fingers and Will let you know if everything went fine ! Have a good Day... I always get pissed off Shen things like that happenned but i am persistant to know if i can Do something about IT.

I was scammed good to for 289 and God knows There were red flags. First i didn't see the ea ( each) beside the Price and i tought i was buying 3 and getting 3 for free like they Said but non , i was buying 6 ...They used David Suzuki name all Over the place..The add look more like a Casino add than a naturel Product company with their red flashing lettres saying Rush and Buy And no possibilityto visualise my Bill before buying ..i Will cancell m'y card tomorrow morning for no further abuse of their part. i Will Tall to the management of fraud as someone suggested and i had a lesson today Alright ☹️At least, are they ant good ?

Never got an invoice, I thought I was buying 1 for 39.95 , but I received 6 bottles ,but my credit card got hit for 341.45. I was shocked. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. Called my credit card company to try & stop it but they told me, I had to wait till it went through. Couldn't get ahold of anyone at this company. I tried Facebook and Twitter to no avail. Package can yesterday & I had a phone number so I called. I was told, I wouldn't get a refund. There was a re shelving fee & the best I could get is a 98 dollar clerk refund. Crooks. Now I wait for 7-10 business days to see if I even get a refund. Never again.

CBD gummies we’re advertised as “seen on Shark Tank”. With all the information from the episode. They were advertised as buy 2 get 2 free. Expecting to be charged $39.99 for each, I was charged a whopping $227USD, and then unbeknownst to me was automatically charged for a subscription of 2 products they were adding in for free to try. 2 weeks later my credit card was charged for $100 usd for the subscription.

I’m now following up with my credit card company to ensure no further charges are made. Also trying to return the product to get a full refund. Doubt that will happen, but worth the try.

Same here! Ordered what I thought was one bottle for $40, ended up getting charged $260! And signed up for auto shop for the 2 add on products that I hadn’t intentionally added to my cart! I’m trying to resell these to get some of my money back! My account was already empty so when I called to cancel the auto ship they told me that it was automatically cancelled bc of nsf. My experience is similar to the previous. I didn’t see the invoice until I opened my email 4 hours later. I ordered the offer 2x46.25 2 free. They billed me 210.00 US dollar. The sample I selected was oil for 7.95. I phoned customer service and told them they billed me for more than I authorized. After repeating the offer to her a few times she conceded the math didn’t check out. She offered to credit me 50% off but I had to call back by June 19 about the samples or I would be further charged 89.00 for them. I told her to refund me and cancel the order but she said I couldn’t because it had already shipped 4 hours after placing the order. I told her I was calling MasterCard and reporting scam practices. I still am going to report them and block any further charges. ??

I got really scammed I bought cbd.oil for my dad to ease his pain. But I was charged over $200 instead of what I thought would be only about $90. And I only was able to see the total once I had paid and the transaction was finished. I called customer service right away to cancel and they told me they couldn't cancel my order and I begged and he was asking me questions about why I had bought the product. And I I kept telling him that I just wanted to cancel please. He told me that I could return the product to get a refund if not satisfied. Yeah right. There's not even a website. I am so angry. My credit card company can't do anything for me right now they told me I had to wait at least 15 days which I don't get but they recommended I change my credit card number. Great.

Same thing just happened to me and after 15 days my bank refunded me the money. It’s still under investigation. Also all lies! Never featured on dragons den like advertised and everything they sent me was misrepresented with false labels (according to them). I receive hemp gummies instead of cbd gummies and they told me it was so it could pass through customs at the Canadian border. Also they sent me samples and charged me shipping on them without my knowledge which were also false labeled. The CBD pain cream was labelled hemp wrinkle cream and stated to put all over face. IMAGINE like wtf? This is a complete scam and I suggest you don’t use anything from them. Who knows what it actually is?. Best of luck with the bank!

I thought I was purchasing some CBD oil for $39.95 on the indigoultrashop.com site. They charged me $260.67 and I responded to the order email to cancel the purchase. They did not respond and sent the product a few days later. I returned the unopened product via USPS and blocked the charge on my credit card. The just now sent me an email about an order of $89.95 worth of their product that I did not make.
